The company is a technology-based enterprise specialized in researching, manufacture and sales of Powdered Rubber, Nitrile Latex and Styrene Butadiene Latex. And is the earliest company engaged in the R&D and production of special synthetic rubber in China, also the member unit of China friction sealing material association. Shengdong Technology Co.,Ltd. belongs to Anhui Wandong Chemical Co., Ltd. , which was formally known as Anhui Wandong Chemical Plant. Wandong is a middle-scale chemical corporation founded in the middle of 1960’s, located in Tianchang City, Anhui Province. In 2007, Jianghuai (industrial) group acquired Wandong chemical plant. Anhui Wandong Chemical Co., Ltd. is one of the large-scale ion exchange resin manufacturers in China, as well as the deputy chairman enterprise of China Ion Exchange Resin Trade Board. In order to reduce the company’s operation costs, Shengdong Technology Co.,Ltd. and Anhui Wandong Chemical Co., Ltd. are merged in 2015. Wandong operates the manufacture of Powdered Nitrile Butadiene Rubber and Ion exchange resin, and Shengdong operates the exportation.

There are 150 employees in the company, including 30 technical personnel of all specializations, 11 senior technician and 5 experts. The company occupies 85,000 square meters, the registered capital of 23,580,000 RMB, can manufacture various ion exchange resin, adsorption resin and deoxidant as much as 15000MT, synthetic latex as much as 15000MT and powdered nitrile butadiene rubber as much as 2800MT per year.

Ion exchange resin covers 4 series and nearly 50 species referring to water treatment, biochemical pharmaceuticals, biochemical food, hydrometallurgy and catalysis. The resin variety of water treatment has acquired the State Electric Power Corporation’s and China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation’s network license and certificate of recommendation. The WA-2 amino acid special-purpose resin products are project of National Torch Plan and Anhui Province “Three High”, has won the third-class prize of technological progress of Anhui Province.

Powdered Nitrile Butadiene Rubber covers 2 series: PNBR for PVC modification and PNBR for friction material. The company developed the improved heat resisting PNBR and won national patent in 2012. In 2013, a new type of no chlorine PNBR was developed to solve the technical problems concerning the rust of friction products. The good reflection in domestic and foreign markets has made Powdered Nitrile Butadiene Rubber widely applied. “Sheng Dong” brand series of products not only sell well in domestic market, but also have been exported to Europe and United States, Africa, Asia and other countries and regions.

Following the policy that quality is the root of a corporation, the company has passed ISO9001:2008 quality management system and ISO 14001:2004 environmental management system certification. And establish a strict quality control system according to the requirements of ISO9001 quality management system, to perform universal, all-round and the whole process of quality control to raw materials, production and sales; Meanwhile, build a full range of environmental protection facilities according to ISO14001 environmental control system.
